We are looking for a GTM & Business Growth Manager – US Market to help build and execute our U.S. growth strategy from our Noida GDC.

About the Role

This is a hands-on business growth and enterprise technology consulting sales role.

You will be responsible for identifying high-potential U.S. enterprise accounts, engaging technology decision-makers, creating qualified opportunities, participating in discovery, and progressing opportunities toward proposals and commercial outcomes.

This is not a traditional marketing, mass lead-generation, staffing sales, or sales-team management role.





Success will be measured by the quality of opportunities and pipeline created, account penetration, prospect progression, and contribution to business growth—not simply calls, emails, or meetings generated.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-growth strategies for targeted U.S. enterprise accounts.
- Research target organizations, technology environments, transformation priorities and buying stakeholders.
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors, Enterprise Architects and other technology decision-makers.
- Generate and develop qualified B2B enterprise opportunities, rather than simply leads.
- Conduct and support initial discovery and opportunity qualification.
- Understand client business problems, technology challenges, priorities, timelines and decision processes.
- Progress opportunities from outreach through discovery, solutioning, proposal and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery teams
