Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 application and production support
- End-to-end ticketing management (beyond just monitoring)
- Monitoring application health, analyzing error logs
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
- Execute batch jobs using Scheduler tools (Autosys/Control-M)

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Proven L2/L3 application/production support experience
- End-to-end ticketing lifecycle management
- Robust knowledge of Autosys/Control-M schedulers
