VIDEO EDITING

Edit property tour reels, market update videos,

and long-form YouTube content

Create fast-paced, trend-aligned Instagram Reels

and YouTube Shorts

Add text overlays, transitions, music, and

branded intros/outros

Edit raw phone/camera footage into polished,

scroll-stopping content

Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short clips

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Plan and manage a consistent posting calendar

across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Write captions, hashtags, and post copy aligned

with brand voice

Track performance analytics and optimise content

based on what's working

Manage Instagram Stories, Highlights, and

community engagement (DMs, comments)

Stay updated on real estate content trends and

suggest current formats/ideas

Coordinate shoot schedules and content planning

with the founder

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in video editing and/or

social media management (real estate or luxury





brand experience is a plus, not mandatory)

Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar

editing tools

Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and trending formats

especially Reels and Shorts

Basic graphic design skills (Canva) for carousels

and thumbnails

Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

algorithms and best practices

Creative eye, fast turnaround, and attention to detail

Bonus: experience shooting content (phone/camera)

in addition to editing
