About the Role

Our client is an established, multi-location consumer business entering a significant growth phase. We are looking for a
CHRO
to build a scalable HR function, strengthen organisation capability and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the
enterprise-wide HR strategy, structure and operating model
.
- Drive
organisation design and workforce planning
aligned with business growth.
- Lead
pan-India talent acquisition
, including retail and corporate hiring.
- Establish
performance management, C&B;, succession planning and leadership development
frameworks.
- Drive
HR transformation, governance, policies and compliance
.
- Implement scalable
HRIS, HR analytics and people processes
.
- Partner with
Promoters, Board and Senior Leadership
on organisation and people strategy.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession framework.
- Strengthen
employee engagement,



retention and employer branding
.

Ideal Profile
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience
, including 5+ years at CHRO/CPO/Head HR level.
- Experience in
Retail, Jewellery, Luxury, Consumer or other multi-location businesses
preferred.
- Proven track record of
building or transforming HR functions
.
- Experience managing large, geographically distributed workforces.
- Strong exposure to
organisation design, talent management, C&B;, HR governance and HR technology
.
- Experience working with
Promoters/Founders and senior leadership
.
- MBA/PG in HR
preferred.
