Job Description – Account Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Head to manage the company's complete finance and accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy and statutory compliance, and provide financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, ledgers, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS reports, and financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Monitor expenses, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance.




- Establish strong internal financial controls and ensure accurate documentation.
- Supervise the Accounts & Finance team and review their work.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely monthly and annual closing of accounts.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / CMA or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
