Job Summary

HNS Gold is looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities across multiple online platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, campaign optimization, content coordination, and digital performance reporting. The role will primarily focus on generating quality customer enquiries and branch walk-ins for HNS Gold's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for:
- Gold Buying
- Silver Buying
- Gold Loan Settlement
- Monthly Gold Investment Plan (MGIP)
- Free Gold & Silver Valuation
- Manage campaigns based on different cities, branch locations, customer segments, and services.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rate, CPL and ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences and landing pages.




- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure productive utilization of marketing spend.

Social Media Marketing
- Manage and support HNS Gold's presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Coordinate the creation of posts, reels, videos, promotional campaigns and customer-focused content.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly social media/content calendar.
- Monitor engagement and support activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer interaction.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key digital marketing metrics including:
- Leads Generated
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Qualified Lead %
- Appointment %
- Walk-in Conversion %
- Customer Acquisition Cost
- Campaign ROI/ROAS
- Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other analytical tools for performance monitoring.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly digital marketing MIS reports.
