Role Description
The Video Enhancement Specialist internship is a remote role focused on improving the visual and audio quality of video content across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing raw footage, performing color correction and audio cleanup, refining edits, and optimizing videos for different platforms. The intern will collaborate with producers, editors, and other media team members to maintain brand consistency and enhance storytelling through thoughtful visual improvements. Responsibilities may also involve assisting with basic motion graphics, organizing media assets, and contributing creative suggestions for video presentation. This internship provides hands-on experience with professional workflows and tools in a supportive, learning-oriented workplace.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Media Production, including familiarity with professional workflows and basic understanding of pre- and post-production processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing,



including proficiency with common editing software, timeline management, and exporting content for different formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Photography and New Media, such as visual composition, lighting awareness, and adapting content for social and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines on multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and willingness to receive and apply feedback.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative teams.
- Familiarity with basic color grading, audio enhancement, and file management; experience with motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Enrollment in or completion of a program in film, media, communications, visual arts, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
