Job Description Job Title: Operations & E-commerce Executive Employment Type: Full time (Onsite) Location: Ravet, Maharashtra Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM | Monday to Saturday Job Overview: We are looking for an organized and creative Operations & E-commerce Executive to manage online store operations, inventory, customer orders, website updates, content creation, and digital engagement activities. Requirements:  Knowledge of website handling, product updates  Order management, inventory management, and e-commerce operations.  Good customer support and communication skills.  Ability to coordinate with logistics partners for shipping and courier operations.  Basic understanding of social media platforms and experience supporting content creation activities.  Creative mind-set with the ability to assist the social media team in developing content.  Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:  Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.  Process, track,



and coordinate customer orders and fulfilment.  Manage shipping, courier coordination, and delivery processes.  Update website products, pricing, and inventory details.  Handle e-commerce platforms and online store operations (Shopify/Woo Commerce).  Provide customer support and resolve customer queries efficiently.  Support social media activities, customer engagement, and online communication.  Assist the social media team with content creation, product promotions, and digital campaigns.  Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools is preferred.  Monitor e-commerce performance and prepare operational reports.  Coordinate with internal teams to assist the social media team in developing content.
