About the Position

Kantaflex India Private Limited is looking for a Junior Assistant / Assistant Accounts to support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate should have basic practical knowledge of accounting, familiarity with Tally and MS Office, positive coordination skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions accurately.
- Perform bank, ledger and other account reconciliations.
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Maintain and update statutory and other accounting records.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external customers/vendors on account-related matters.
- Assist in preparing accounting statements, reports and supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and accounting records.
- Support the Accounts team in routine accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Follow established accounting processes, controls and documentation requirements.




- Undertake other accounting-related responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification & Skills
- B.Com / Bachelors Degree in Commerce or a related discipline preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping preferred.
- Fair working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
- Fair working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to changing situations, processes and priorities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and reconciliation activities will be preferred.
