What You’ll Do
The primary responsibility of this role is to design scalable intelligent solutions, lead end-to-end implementation, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business impact while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality, compliant systems.
- Performs development and implementation of automation and AI‑enabled tools leveraging digitalization techniques and Python scripting to support business and engineering objectives.
- Performs analysis, design, and implementation of digital solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and technological maturity.
- Continuously builds digital skills to simplify work processes, creatively solves problems through digital technologies, leverages data for better insights and decisions, and uses digitalization to enhance speed and effectiveness
- Take end-to-end ownership of the architectural vision and technical roadmap for digitalization team.
- Foster cross team innovation by collaborating seamlessly with engineering counterparts.
- Analytical problem solving- ability to navigate ambiguity,



challenge assumptions and translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Code Quality & Peer review- a commitment to rigorous code reviews focusing on correctness, performance and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in computer engineering with 7+ years or ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical or related engineering area with 4+ years of engineering experience in relevant domain
