- Fix Problems: Answer user help requests and solve issues with Windows or Mac systems, email programs, and office apps.
- Setup Hardware: Install and configure new computers, laptops, printers, and monitors.
- Remote and On-Site Help: Diagnose and fix system errors using remote tools or by visiting the user's desk.
- Track Tickets: Record all issues, steps, and final fixes inside a help desk tracking tool.

Skills Needed




- Tech Knowledge: Good understanding of Windows and macOS, basic networking, and active directory.
- Communication: Explicit speaking and writing skills to help non-technical staff.
- Problem Solving: Ability to test different solutions and find the root cause of an error.
