Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a B2B School Sales professional focused on facility management services. The role involves identifying and onboarding schools and educational institutions as clients, presenting facility management solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation,



conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. The position requires maintaining long-term relationships with school administrators and decision-makers, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reporting and market feedback to support strategic growth in the education segment.

Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales and account management skills, particularly in selling services to schools or institutional clients.
- Experience or familiarity with facility management, property services, or real estate solutions relevant to educational campuses.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging school leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic business tools (e.g., CRM software, spreadsheets, presentations) and data-driven sales
