We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) who can identify potential clients, start meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our business development team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential clients in the US and other international markets.
- Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
- Connect with founders, business owners, marketing heads, e-commerce managers, CTOs, and other relevant decision-makers.




- Understand a prospect's current business challenges and identify opportunities where Fliqwave's services can help.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, business potential, budget, and decision-making process.
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the senior business development/technical team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects without sounding repetitive or overly sales-driven.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Build and manage a healthy outbound sales pipeline.
- Experiment with different industries, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve response rates.
- Work closely with our technical, marketing, and management teams to understand services and create stronger pitches.
