Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Admission Manager to lead the admissions team, manage student counselling and sales activities, and achieve admission and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, counselling, sales, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the admission counselling team.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and parents.
- Handle sales-oriented admission counselling and support the team in converting leads into admissions.
- Monitor lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue through CRM/MIS reports.
- Analyse team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.




- Handle important or high-value student/parent queries and escalations.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and admission numbers.
- Ensure that counsellors provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission processes.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure effective lead management.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly admission performance reports with management.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and ensure a positive student/parent experience.
- Achieve individual and team admission/revenue targets.
