AI Evaluation Specialist opportunity
supporting projects with leading AI companies. You’ll help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems by creating challenging questions, conducting rigorous research, and assessing the quality and reasoning of AI-generated responses.

What You’ll Do:
- You’ll develop original, challenging question-and-answer pairs, research topics using multiple reliable sources, and create questions requiring
multi-step reasoning and information synthesis
.
- You’ll test questions against AI models, analyze their performance, document your research and sources, and refine your work based on reviewer feedback.

Who We’re Looking For:
- This opportunity is open to
recent graduates, advanced-degree holders, researchers, and professionals from diverse academic or professional backgrounds
.
- Strong research skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written English are essential.
- Experience with
research,



content creation, AI evaluation, fact-checking, or academic writing
is a plus, but previous AI experience is not required.

Compensation & Commitment:
- $20-$60/hour equivalent
- Remote contractor prospect
- Output-based compensation
