We are a rapidly growing daily-needs retail chain expanding aggressively across Kolkata. We operate a highly effective, fast-moving inventory model and are looking for a driven Area Operations Executive to help scale our physical footprint and manage daily cluster operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Expansion: Identify high-footfall residential and commercial spaces for new store setups around kolkata.
- Demand Planning: Monitor daily stock levels across multiple active branch locations. Forecast daily demand and coordinate with the supply team to ensure 100% inventory readiness for the next business day.
- Operations & Auditing: Conduct daily visits to cluster stores to oversee closing procedures. Perform strict audits of daily cash collections, digital payments (UPI),



and physical inventory reconciliation to maintain compliance and zero operational leakage.
- Team Supervision: Ensure store staff maintain strict hygiene, operational standards, and excellent customer service.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Must Have: A personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter), a valid driving license, and a smartphone.
- Core Skills: Strong numerical ability for daily inventory/cash reconciliation, street-smart negotiation skills, and a high degree of integrity.
- Language: Fluent in spoken Bengali and Hindi.
