Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting systems, elevator installations, and diesel generators for real estate projects.
- Ensure timely completion of all MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) works within budget and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in MEP coordination or related field (electrical engineering).
- Robust knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including DG sets, UPS, air conditioning units, chillers etc.
- Proficiency in Kannada language is an added advantage.
