About the Role

Lohia Worldspace is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager with proven experience in the real estate industry to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, project launches, digital marketing, channel partner engagement, and customer acquisition, while working closely with the Sales and CRM teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Plan and manage pre-launch, launch, and sustenance marketing campaigns.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance through CPL,



ROAS, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Channel Partner teams to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, OOH, print, radio, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Manage branding initiatives across all online and offline customer touchpoints.
- Handle creative agencies, digital marketing partners, media agencies, printers, and event vendors.
- Organize project launches, exhibitions, broker meets, channel partner events, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, flyers, standees, videos, emailers, and digital creatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing studies, and consumer behavior analysis.
