Sales Executive – Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, field visits, architects, builders, contractors and local business contacts.
- Daily Calling: Make 25–40 calls per day to prospective customers and maintain proper call records.
- Lead Qualification: Understand customer requirements, budget, location and project timeline and identify genuine/qualified leads.
- Client Follow-up: Regularly follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp and meetings until conversion.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with potential customers and explain Kryston Infratech's construction, interior, architectural and property services.
- Site Visits: Coordinate and accompany clients for site visits whenever required and collect project details.
- Quotation Coordination:



Coordinate with the technical/estimation team for preparing quotations and explain the proposal to clients.
- Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and achieve the assigned monthly sales targets.
- CRM & Reporting: Update all calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations and conversion status in the CRM/system on a daily basis.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and referral partners to generate repeat business and referrals.

Pay: ₹10,017.40 - ₹15,535.91 per month
