Position Details Role: Cyber Security Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and security-driven Cyber Security Intern to join our IT & Security team.

This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in real-world cybersecurity operations within a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment. The internship provides exposure to enterprise-level security practices, threat monitoring, and incident response frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring security alerts and logs (SIEM tools)
- Support vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing
- Review and strengthen server and application security configurations
- Participate in risk analysis and security documentation
- Assist in implementing security best practices across cloud and on-premise systems
- Support incident response documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field




- Basic understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Firewalls)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (OWASP, phishing, malware, encryption)
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn with attention to detail

Good to Have
- Exposure to tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, or Metasploit
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python / Bash)
- Understanding of Cloud Platforms AWS / Azure / GCP
- Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CEH Foundation, etc.)
