Key Responsibilities

· Greet and engage customers in a friendly and qualified manner.

· Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers over the call and in person as well.

. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

· Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.

· Keep records of daily sales and inventory updates.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in electronics, wellness, or lifestyle products).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-focused attitude with persuasive selling abilities.

. Strong sales and negotiation skills

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
