About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who leads with empathy and thinks on their feet. You'll be the human face of MindPeers for every user who reaches out — the calm, reliable voice that turns confusion into clarity and concerns into confidence. What You'll Own
- Be the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns with empathy, patience, and precision.
- Respond to customer inquiries across email,



chat, and phone — quickly, clearly, and professionally.
- Guide users confidently through MindPeers' services, platform, and processes.
- Troubleshoot account setup and navigation issues, turning frustration into smooth experiences.
- Escalate complex queries to the right teams while keeping the client experience seamless throughout.
- Maintain accurate, thoughtful records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Spot recurring patterns and proactively suggest process improvements.
- Handle every mental health-related conversation with the confidentiality and sensitivity it deserves.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support or client-facing role.
