Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory)
- Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and returns
- Monitor website and marketplace performance
- Optimize product pages using SEO keywords
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
- Track sales reports and prepare performance analysis
- Respond to customer queries and ensure positive customer experience
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/vendors
- Upload new collections and manage catalog regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or online sales
- Knowledge of Shopify / Amazon / Flipkart / marketplace platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & SEO
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in product photography/content uploading
- Social media coordination
- Analytics and performance tracking
- Should be able to handle shopify website
