We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and candidate-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid stakeholder and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.
