Role Description
The Solar Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune District, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves designing and optimizing rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and mobility applications,
including integrated solar + storage + EV charging projects. Day-to-day tasks include performing site assessments, preparing system layouts and single-line diagrams, conducting engineering calculations, and supporting detailed electrical and PV design. The Solar Engineer will collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with relevant standards, and smooth project execution from design to commissioning. The role also includes preparing technical documentation, supporting energy performance analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement of Solaron’s engineering practices and tools.
