We are looking for a creative, data-driven and highly strategic Social Media Strategist to lead our presence and strengthen its brand positioning across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, driving audience engagement

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

* Build and manage a monthly and annual social media content calendar .

* Lead the complete content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, planning, publishing and performance analysis.

* Conceptualise and oversee Reels, short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, event coverage and brand campaigns.

* Monitor social media trends, viral formats, platform algorithms and competitor activities and incorporate relevant trends .

* Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and communication style across all digital platforms.

* Monitor audience comments, messages and feedback and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
