We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) specialist who is also proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) and marketing automation. You'll plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns, then connect them seamlessly to automated funnels, pipelines, and follow-up sequences that convert. This is a remote, freelance role ideal for someone who thinks in both ad performance and end-to-end automation.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) from strategy to execution
- Set up campaign structures, audiences, and ad sets aligned with business goals
- Write and test ad copy, creative variations, and CTAs
- Monitor performance daily and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other key metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and tracking
- Build and manage automations, workflows, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
- Connect Meta lead forms/campaigns to GHL for seamless lead capture and nurturing
- Set up automated follow-up sequences (SMS, email, voicemail drops)

- Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns efficiently
- Provide transparent, regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay current on Meta platform updates, GHL features, and industry best practices

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (please share results/case studies)
- Hands-on proficiency with GoHighLevel — workflows, pipelines, automations, funnels
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Pixel/CAPI setup
- Experience integrating ad platforms with CRMs/automation tools (GHL required)
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategy
- Excellent written English for ad copy, automations, and client communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
