Title - IT Support Engineer (Hardware & Networking)

Location: Ranchi

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair computer hardware, including RAM, SSDs/HDDs, screens, keyboards, batteries, and motherboards.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, and VLAN networks.
Perform routine system and network maintenance, upgrades, and security checks.
Provide technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in computer hardware repair and troubleshooting.
Positive knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Robust understanding of LAN, WAN, and VLAN networking.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Ranchi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
