Travel Consultant / Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with clients using the leads provided by the company.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel packages, flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and visa services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding travel services, prices, requirements, and procedures.
Follow up with potential clients regularly and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Prepare and maintain all necessary travel-related documents and client records.
Coordinate with clients regarding passports, photographs, bank statements, insurance, hotel bookings, flight bookings, and other required documents.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, booking confirmations, and other travel documents.
Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and tour bookings as required.
Follow up with customers after bookings and provide assistance whenever required.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.




Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
Perform other duties related to travel consultancy and customer service as assigned by management.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive spoken and written English.
Hindi/Punjabi or other languages will be an advantage.
Positive knowledge of travel, tourism, visa procedures, and travel documentation.
Ability to make professional sales calls and follow up with leads.
Positive computer and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach.
Previous experience in a travel agency or visa consultancy will be preferred.

Working Hours & Weekly Off
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Weekly Off: Tuesday
