Customer Service Representative - Technical Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues.
Maintain qualified communication and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Sales.
International BPO experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

24×7 Rotational Shifts
5 Days Working

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
