Techsprouts is a growing digital marketing and web development company helping businesses generate quality leads through performance marketing. We are looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Freelancer who can independently manage advertising campaigns and improve ROI for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
Generate qualified leads while maintaining target CPL.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize daily.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Install and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
Generate weekly performance reports.
Suggest strategies to improve CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Coordinate with our graphic designer for ad creatives.
Coordinate with our sales team regarding lead quality.

Required Skills:




Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads.
Experience running Google Ads campaigns.
Solid understanding of:
Meta Business Manager
Google Ads
GA4
Google Tag Manager
Meta Pixel
Conversion Tracking
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
Valuable communication skills.
Experience generating leads for Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, or Local Businesses is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification (preferred)
Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred)
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹50,000 or more.

Freelance / Project-Based Payment
Monthly Retainer or Per Project (Based on Experience)
Performance Bonus for achieving campaign goals.

Pay: ₹8,543.74 - ₹61,238.98 per month
