About the Role:
Join MentorClap Education Pvt Ltd, a growing company dedicated to empowering students through personalized learning. We are looking for passionate and committed English Teachers to conduct offline (in-person) tutoring sessions for K-12 students.
As an English Teacher with MentorClap, you'll work closely with students to enhance their language proficiency, develop reading comprehension skills, and build confidence in English communication. You'll have the flexibility to set your session timings and can choose to teach one-on-one or in small groups, depending on your preference and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and interactive offline English tutoring sessions for K-12 students
Assess students' language abilities and customize lessons accordingly
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills effectively
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
Prepare learning materials, worksheets, and reading exercises to enhance classroom sessions
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning setting
Requirements:
Strong command over English language and literature (up to Grade 12)
Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching and helping students develop language proficiency
Availability for adaptable part time hours (evenings or weekends preferred)
Must be able to conduct in-person classes at the designated location
