About the Role

Hyphae Laboratories is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote its general pharmaceutical products across the Jalandhar territory. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who are driven, disciplined, and looking to build a long-term career in pharma sales.

Key Responsibilities
Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with healthcare providers
Cover the assigned territory extensively and ensure regular doctor calls
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate Daily Call Reports (DCR) and other field activity records
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Conduct and support promotional activities such as doctor meets and CMEs
Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory

Requirements:




3 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively across the territory
Basic computer knowledge (training will be provided for SFA and DCR tools)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined approach to work
