Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Explain AI course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, projects, and career opportunities.
Counsel students on how AI skills can support their growth prospects or transition.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle objections related to fees, course duration, career outcomes, and competition.
Convert qualified leads into successful course enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Stay updated about AI industry trends and the courses being offered.

Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering:
B.Tech in Information Technology (IT)

Number of leads contacted.

Monthly revenue/admission targets.
Student satisfaction and onboarding quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
