Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) is a national platform working towards Education, Employment, Economic Empowerment and Social Development initiatives across India. AMP collaborates with professionals, institutions, donors and communities to create sustainable social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end operations of AMP projects and initiatives
Oversee project execution, planning, reporting and process improvements
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of targets
Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, volunteers and internal departments
Develop SOPs and improve operational efficiency
Support expansion and implementation of social impact programs
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (Postgraduate / Management preferred)
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations / Project Management / Team Leadership
Robust leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and reporting tools
Experience in NGO / Social Sector preferred
Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders
