Job Description - QC Engineer

Company: Esteem Auto Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and standards.
Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Perform root cause analysis for quality issues.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to improve quality.
Support internal and customer audits and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
Monitor rejection, rework, and quality KPIs.
Ensure adherence to quality procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
