Job Title: HR IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 63, Noida
Experience: 2+ Years (Consultancy Experience Mandatory)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
Manage salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
Mandatory consultancy recruitment experience.:
Positive understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Robust communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
