Planning and Strategising the channel FPCs for the month:
a. Define the outlook for the month,
b. understanding the genre PUT movements,
c. tracking competitive workplace and maximising the fresh and library movies to achieve the set goals.
Planning a promotion strategy for the respective Channels - identifying the highlights and planning promotions with the Channel management and the OAP teams.
Ensuring smooth and error-free execution of all the set SOPs for the programming team - movie dispatches, overseeing Sales integrations, library usage, FPC execution to the last levels, etc.
Managing team members to lead them towards the company targets with maturity and transparent communication.
Job Requirement- A deep understanding of content in the Marathi Movie Genre
Organised and Process oriented
Ability to manage a team effectively within the Organisation’s purview
Should be an effective and sharp communicator
