What you’ll do:
Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Agent Framework in collaboration with product management team
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a robust, scalable, and high-performance Agent Framework.
Stay at the cutting edge of AI and agent movement in the industry, and adapt the agent framework to leverage the technical evolving in the industry




Work closely with technology teams across business lines to understand their requirements and ensure the framework empowers them to build agents efficiently.
Integrate agent framework into our Group AI Platform which spans on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
Build and manage a high-performing global team of ML SMEs and full stack engineers, to ensure the AI capabilities are built fit for purpose with high quality
Implement observability, reliability, and performance optimizations for agent framework in production
Ensure compliance to architecture principle, technical standards, security requirements and software development life cycle controls
What you will need to succeed in the role:
15+ of experience in developing and implementing software solutions, with 5+ years in technical leadership role
Hands-on experience in design and development of agentic AI solutions
