Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Train advisors regularly on insurance products and sales concepts
Assist advisors in preparing business plans and achieving targets
Conduct joint sales calls for client acquisition and retention
Handle joint calls for Group Insurance business
Organize and coordinate client engagement activities such as client meets and health camps
Coordinate with insurance companies for group insurance quotations
Follow up regularly with advisors for business development
Communicate contest updates and incentives to advisors in a timely manner
Ensure activation and productivity of all empanelled advisors




Maintain daily reporting and follow the defined sales process

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Insurance preferred)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and self-driven

Job Details:
Employment Type: Full time / Walk-In
Salary: ₹3,50,000 - ₹5,00,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
