Manual QA Tester Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and usability testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Verify bug fixes and perform retesting before releases.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Participate in requirement discussions and provide quality-related feedback.
Maintain testing documentation, reports, and test execution records.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Qualifications and Requirements:




0 to 1 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester or Software Tester.
Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Valuable knowledge of test case design techniques and defect reporting.
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is preferred.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
