Position: Tele Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and generated leads.
Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain solid relationships.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and property presentations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Negotiate with clients and assist in deal closures.




Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or Tele Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion.
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Professional attitude with excellent client-handling skills.
