The Food and Beverage (F&B;) Controller is responsible for managing and controlling the financial aspects of the food and beverage operations within a hospitality establishment.

This role focuses on cost control, inventory management, procurement, and financial analysis to ensure the profitability of the F&B; department. The F&B; Controller collaborates closely with the culinary and service teams to optimize costs, enhance revenue, and maintain the highest quality standards.
Monitor and analyze the cost of food, beverages, and other related supplies.
Establish and maintain cost-effective purchasing procedures.
Implement measures to minimize waste and reduce operating costs.
Oversee the inventory management process, including ordering, receiving, and storage of F&B; items.
Collaborate with the culinary team to analyze menu items' profitability and suggest adjustments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
