Key Responsibilities

Generate recent business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research .

Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into current clients.

Build and manage a solid sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present staffing solutions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and drive closures.

Develop and maintain relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, and Business Heads.

Generate repeat business and expand existing accounts.

Independently manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation to Client Closure .

5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment & Staffing .

Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation .

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate business independently.
