Role & responsibilities

WE ARE HIRING FOR MULTIPLE ROLES FROM SR. OPERATIONS MANAGER / HEAD OF OPERATIONS / MANAGERS, LEADS ETC. FEEL FREE TO APPLY WHERE YOU ARE MOST SUITED.
- Lead multiple large-scale Data Annotation projects and customer accounts.
- Manage Project Managers, Team Leads, QAs, Trainers and Annotators.
- Own project delivery, quality, productivity, SLA and resource utilisation.
- Manage customer relationships and handle senior international stakeholders.
- Support new customer acquisition through industry relationships and networking.
- Drive revenue growth, account expansion and project profitability.
- Build scalable processes for workforce planning, capacity and shift management.
- Lead quality improvement, RCA and corrective actions.
- Mentor operational teams and develop future leaders.
- Work closely with senior management, HR, Finance and Sales.

Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of experience specifically in Data Annotation / AI Data Services.




- 4+ years in Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager / equivalent leadership role.
- Experience handling large teams, multiple projects and international customers.
- Proven experience managing USD 2M+ annual revenue.
- Strong understanding of project economics, productivity, utilisation and margins.
- Robust professional network within Data Annotation, AI, Computer Vision or GenAI.
- Experience in 2D/3D Annotation, Segmentation, Keypoints, LiDAR, OCR, Image/Video, Medical Annotation or GenAI/LLM tasks is preferred.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

We are NOT looking for candidates from generic BPO, Customer Support or IT Operations backgrounds without substantial Data Annotation experience.
