1) Experience & Education: Bachelor's/masters in finance or accounting. Generally 1–4 years for analysts and 5+ years for senior/SME roles.

2) Functional Skills: Robust knowledge of Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR), General Ledger (GL), Accruals and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

3) Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO and MS Excel.

4) Process Expertise: End-to-end month-end closing includes accruals calculation, supporting group team in terms of financial reporting, and intercompany settlements (IC Matching)

5) Soft Skills:- High attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and good communication.

Job requirements in detail:
- Managing month end and year end closing activities, including posting intercompany journal entries, accruals and managing foreign exchange (FX) impacts.
- Performing intercompany matching and reconciliation to resolve imbalances.
- Ensuring accuracy in financial records and timely month-end closing.
- Overseeing the intercompany payment settlements and clearing within group entities.
