Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Manager at DecillionX. In this role, the Lead Generation Manager oversees the end-to-end process of identifying, qualifying,



and nurturing prospects for DecillionX’s software and AI engineering services. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, building prospect lists, executing outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels), and managing inbound inquiries. The role involves working closely with sales and marketing to refine ideal customer profiles, craft value-driven messaging, and maintain a structured pipeline within CRM tools. The Lead Generation Manager tracks and reports performance metrics, runs experiments to improve conversion rates, and collaborates with leadership to support revenue growth and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

Solid lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management skills, with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of B2B sales, SaaS or technology services, and familiarity with software, AI, or cloud domains.

Capability in digital outreach, including email
