Job Summary :

We are looking for a technically skilled and service-oriented IT Desktop Executive to manage day-to-day IT support, desktop systems, hardware, software, networking and user-related technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and providing timely support to employees.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, network, printer and connectivity issues.
- Manage installation and configuration of Windows OS and required software.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic networking issues.
- Create and maintain user accounts, email accounts and system access as per company requirements.




- Handle IT-related onboarding and exit activities, including system allocation and access management.
- Maintain records of company IT assets, laptops, desktops, printers and accessories.
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks and basic preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot printer, scanner, CCTV and other office IT equipment issues.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for hardware repairs and technical support.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper allocation of equipment.
- Monitor backup and basic data-security practices.
- Ensure employees follow basic IT security policies.
- Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolutions and asset movements.
- Support management and different departments with day-to-day IT requirements.
- Provide technical support for meetings, presentations and other office requirements.
