Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent from various sources, including social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for BFSI sales roles through mass recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across PAN India locations.
- Collaborate with interview coordinators to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Develop sourcing profiles to attract diverse pool of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Bulk hiring, BPO Hiring).
- Solid understanding of BFSI Sales industry trends and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using various online tools for sourcing profiles (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) .
