Role Description
The Receptionist at MR DataForge will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and partners, providing a professional and welcoming front-desk experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, managing phone calls and inquiries, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating student appointments with trainers or counselors.



The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, assisting with documentation, supporting event or class scheduling, and keeping the reception area organized. This is a full time, in office role based in Nashik, requiring consistent presence during institute operating hours and close collaboration with the training and administration teams.
